1. General Terms and Conditions

You confirm that you are legally capable of contracting, provide accurate data, and have authority for all travelers in your booking.

We act as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers. Supplier rules apply in addition to these Terms.

You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.

Prohibited conduct includes fraud, fake bookings, unauthorized automation, misuse of the platform, and security bypass attempts.

All platform content is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are solely responsible for valid travel documents; no refund applies for denied travel due to documentation issues.

We may update these Terms at any time and continued use means acceptance.

2. Online Purchase Terms

A booking is confirmed only after official confirmation/e-ticket issuance.

You must provide exact traveler details; errors may cause denied boarding/check-in without refund.

Prices may change before payment confirmation and may exclude taxes/fees shown at checkout.

You must review confirmation details and report discrepancies quickly.

Promotions are subject to terms, expiry, and anti-abuse controls.

3. Payment Terms

We accept available payment methods shown at checkout. Full payment is required unless otherwise specified.

By paying, you authorize applicable charges including taxes and fees.

Exchange differences and bank fees may apply for cross-currency cards.

Service, processing, modification, cancellation, and similar fees may apply and may be non-refundable.

Please contact us before any chargeback; abusive chargebacks may lead to suspension and legal recovery actions.

4. Cancellation and Reservation Changes

Cancellation and change rules are set by the relevant supplier, fare/rate type, and product conditions.

Many products are non-refundable or non-changeable; this is shown before purchase.

No-shows usually result in full forfeiture.

Requests must be submitted in writing to email@yourcompany.com; verbal cancellations are not accepted.

Supplier cancellations, force majeure, and extraordinary events are handled under supplier policy and applicable law.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available where allowed by supplier terms, these Terms, and mandatory law.

Some fees are always non-refundable (e.g., service fees, processing fees, some third-party costs).

Refund requests must be sent in writing within 30 days, with evidence and booking reference.

Review and processing may take up to 60 business days depending on supplier and payment channel.

Refund amount is calculated from recoverable supplier value minus non-refundable components and applicable penalties.

6. Additional Provisions

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

You agree to indemnify Company Name for losses caused by your breaches, unlawful actions, or false information.

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Complaints must be filed within 7 days, and you must allow at least 30 days for investigation.

These Terms are governed by Georgia law and disputes are under Georgian jurisdiction.

Parties should attempt direct negotiation for at least 30 days before litigation/arbitration.
